  • This is the 2nd time I used Coit. The first time I was happy with the tile grout and carpet cleaning but they were late. Today I had a confirmed window from 9-11am. At 11 when they weren't there I called to check in. I was told my appointment had been changed from 12-2pm. They forgot one very important detail which was to inform me the customer! I had changed my work schedule to go in late which was a waste of a day and now have to reschedule. I did get an apology but that was about it. Hope they show up.
