  • The employees were nice but my complaint is that they were too nice. Let me explain. There was a separate line marked HANDICAPPED ONLY. However, several people started noticing that this was a major time saver. I watched literally about 8 people cut everyone in line by using the handicapped line. They were obviously NOT handicapped but the employees kept calling them up next. Really irked me. Other than that, it's the dmv.
