  • Worst fucking company on the planet. The horrible women at the counter refused to rent us a car we had ALREADY PAID FOR because we "didn't have everything we needed to rent it" (a second form of ID) We called ahead and asked what exactly we would need to rent a car, and a second form of id was never mentioned. The women working here don't give a shit about customer service or whether or not you're stranded. They told us to leave because we questioned them about the policy and got upset that they wouldn't rent us the car we ALREADY PAID FOR. There are plenty better car places to rent from around here, that frankly are much less of a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and rent a car from somewhere else.
