4 hours to replace one tire WITH an appointment is bad enough. The fact they didn't load the full-size spare back underneath the vehicle and instead left it in the back of my wife's SUV, astonishing. She is not nearly strong enough to reasonably access and reset the spare under the vehicle without serious effort!
(It is not my point in this post to denigrate women, but to make clear I think any customer would be upset they'd have to "finish the job".)
We didn't even notice until the next day, because, to be honest, we never expected such a common-sense action to be neglected.
It was possibly a simple oversight, but then again, disappointing less than a month later my wife's TPMS indicated a variance in PSI on all 4 tires, including the new replacement.
