HORRIBLE. AWFUL. THEY'RE COLD, UNCARING, GREEDY EXTORTIONISTS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RECEIVE WILL BE EXACTLY WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM ANY EMERGENCY ROOM. They give people "estimates" that conveniently leave out significant costs. Their customer service skills are so ridiculously bad that I would have laughed if I hadn't been so frustrated. For instance, I was asked to wait for 15 minutes for my dog's doctor to arrive at work and explain the charges to me. I actually waited an hour and was given the run-around about the charges. She eventually credited me about $200 from a bill that was supposed to be $900 but actually came to $2100!!! Communicating with them while your pet is there is difficult at best. Every time I went there I was forced to wait a ridiculous amount of time, and no one even had the decency to apologize for my wait!
They constantly tried to sell me on expensive procedures without being able to explain the benefit of them. They don't have a DEA number, so you actually can't have a prescription they create filled anywhere but in their office (more extortion). AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
