  • Horrible company. Fraud. Century link has never fulfilled their end of the one year contract. Century link always takes more money out of my account than the agreed monthly fee. I have to call in every month for credits. Century link continues to bill me for a router that was returned with tracking 1ZX738XZ0392891847 Every month I have to call and give them this tracking number and request a credit. It's exhausting being a century link customer. Never again!!!!!!!
