  • Our trip here Sunday was mediocre at best. As regular movie goers, let me tell you what missing. Cleanliness.. we continue to be let down with this location. Did you forget that you are in the Biltmore and you have a level of class to stick to. Our cup holders had crap in them and so did the floor by our feet. If the theatre is not ready.. do not allow entry. I rather the movie start 3-5 mins late than have a dirty experience. Other than this issue, the food was good. The server was good, however was a little loud vocally during the show. His tone was fine before the show...during he needa to be a level or two lower..i dont want to hear him over the movie and that was the case. Also, please have the wait to bring the tab.. i felt like you didnt want me to buy more. Halfway thru the movie hes giving me the bill.. is that my sign to get the frick out? All these issue boil down to bad management training of thier staff. The Esplanade may be a close option, but you are not the only choice anymore for a luxury experience. Step it up!
