  • Wow! This was THE VERY BEST car buying experience I have ever had. My sales professional, Lauren Till took such great care of me and she is so knowledgeable in BMWs! Every question I had she knew the answer to, and she was the sweetest! Wasn't at all like going to any other car dealership!! My finance guy, Naville Flintoft, also took such great care of me and made me feel at home. I could tell that he genuinely cared about what was best for me, as did Lauren and that was the true game changer here! Not only do they have a customer for life, but I would recommend to friends, family and colleagues in a heart beat! Roger Penske should know that these two are game changers in one of his dealerships! The best!
