  • On my walk through after signing lease found a rusty fridge, spray paint on all the rooms floors/carpet and stains on carpet also the tub wasn't caulked on half of the joints(which leads to mold behind the walls). Waited a week for the fixes so i could move in. When i came back only the fridge was replaced and nothing else was fixed. Once i talked to the manager i was told that they would caulk the tub but the carpet would not be fixed and that i would have to pay 100 more s month if i didnt want a stained carpet!! I immediately cancelled my lease since i hadnt moved in. They run this place as if it s a slum and that is all you can expect from it.
