  • 1 star for "suggested" tipping policy and professionalism. Actual foot massage was probably 3 stars, but I went to leave a 20% tip regardless. At which point the front desk lady/owner pointed to a sign with scale of "happiness" - where the least happy was $10, which = 50% of the service. I exclaimed that I was leaving 20% already, but she kept pushing that i "take care" of the masseuse. After I insisted that 20% was all I was leaving, they proceeded to call me stingy in mandarin -- which is ridiculous BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND -- and seriously?? In what world do they live in? Is she not paying her providers otherwise?
