I don't know what's wrong with this branch. It's in a highly trafficked area, but it's severely understaffed. I've waited no less than 25 minutes in line almost every time I've been here. It seems me that cross training needs to happen - there's always at least 3 people standing around - or there needs to be more tellers on staff during peak times. I waited 25 minutes this morning for just one person to leave the one teller working, not to mention the 8 people still in front of me.
