  • Let me begin with explaining my generosity in the two stars. The clothes, shoes and accessories are really cute. This used to be a store that I would frequent for great fall pieces..that seems to be their niche, in my opinion. The best part of being a consumer with several options, is we decide where to spend our money. Today I experienced one of the worst episodes of "customer service" I've ever encountered. Be prepared to be disappointed...and don't shop in a hurry. Thoroughly inspect anything you purchase. Good thing we have so many other shopping options!
