As a fabulous Friday loyalty customer I have to say how disappointed I am at the carwash.
Using a pre-purchase Fabulous Freddy's VIP call Wash I decided to upgrade to a deep clean.
My car was parked around the back and I was kept waiting 45 minutes.
The call had not been worked on for at least 20 minutes.
How do I know when to look for my car I probably would still be waiting.
None of the staff fessed up to taking responsibility.
I had to force an apology I was offered no form of compensation for my time and poor experience.
Nothing fabulous to report. Car wash wasn't good either.
