| - Suck with a capital S!
Shuttle made me wait 30 minutes longer then necessary, then argued with me over where i was waiting for him, which BTW was right under the sign that said SHUTTLE/HOTELS. The day Manager Bryan (at east he said he was the manager) likes to argue, then tell you hes not arguing with you just as well... hes arguing with you. He doesn't look you in the eye either and paces around behind the front desk as your trying to talk to him. it was odd.
I'm sure they put me in the "priceline room" which is on the floor the are remodeling with the wall paper half torn off in the hallways, in a room far, far away from the elevators, with two beds when i had called the night before and requested one bed. Bonus,,, a broken phone next to the bed! When i called downstairs (from the desk phone) and asked to be moved Bryan again ... argued with me and told me since i was staying 3 nights and not one i couldn't have a room with a one bed. WTF? that doesn't even make sense, i spend more time/money in their hotel so i get lesser service?
I was persistent so i was moved to a nicer room, on a different floor with one bed. The new room was a nice size and very pleasant however it had a shower that needed a fixing, nothing like trying to take a shower after flying all night and not being able to get any water, so in came maintenance- when i was finally able to take a shower and take a nap, the towels were fluffy and the bedding comfy.
A+ to the night staff though, who were helpful, friendly and on the ball! If it wasn't for them, id have given this a negative star rating.
