  • I stopped by Baierl Acura after spending time at other dealerships looking to lease a new SUV. I got help as soon as I walked in, which is usually rare when I walk into a dealership as I am a young female. Ken was a great to work with and made the test driving, getting #s, trade-in and closing on the lease very easy and smooth. It was a pleasure and I couldn't have been more happy with my experience with Ken and Jocelyn (the business manager).
