  • Ashley wasn't able to deliver the mattresses that we purchased on the date that they said they would so they offered us higher grade mattresses to account for their mistake. Our delivery window was very tight and Ashley did what they needed to do to make things right. We were appreciative and will go back to Ashley for future needs.
