2 stars for an attempt at customer service but still a poor experience. I made an appointment for 2 blo outs 1 month in advance for my wedding. I even called back a week later to mention one would be an up do in case they needed to allot more time for that. No that's fine the woman on the phone said. I got there with my bridesmaid and they said there was no appointment in their system. Look I'm not one to ever be a pain but I don't have time to find another place and I did not drop the ball. They did. One woman checked the computer and I could tell somehow she discovered a call had been made from my phone number but nothing booked in their system. I said if they could please work something out because I'm getting married. So she fit me in but told my bridesmaid they could do nothing for her. I said I wanted a big blow out with curls and a couple braids on the side of my head which now made it an updo and more expensive. I told her my biggest concern is volume as I have a lot of hair and it can get heavy. She said no problem do I mind if I tease it and I said go ahead and make it big. She dried it and curled it did 2 braids now costing me 15 more. And didn't tease it at all. She rushed through it because they were busy. But this was a huge day for me. I got rushed service. No attention to detail no extra and no discount!!!!!! And left my bridesmaid hanging. Mistakes happen. He difference between a good experience and a bad one is customer service. Won't be returning again nor relying on now what appears to be a semi professional salon for anything important.
