Took forever to check my car in for an oil change and then left it for the whole day and when I went to pick it up it took forever to find someone to help me and then my husband (who drove me to get the car) and I waited another 25 minutes before someone came and asked me a bunch of questions like what kind of Jag was it? , when did I bring it in? Again more waiting, so my husband and I made ourselves ice cream cones (the only thing I liked about this dealership) and looked at the latest cars. A salesman (the only person to approach us) asked if we were looking and we told him we weren't buying today and were trying to pick up the car we brought in for an oil change had at this point been at the shop 45 minutes and could he help us.
Hour later and they found my car and we were finally able to leave.
A few months after this visit my husband was looking to buy himself a new vehicle. His top choices were a Land Rover (Fields is the local dealer), Jaguar, Mercedes, Lincoln. He eliminated the LR and Jag because of our experiences at Fields and went with the Mercedes because we have had exceptional servicing of other vehicles at the local Mercedes dealership (Zimbrick).
Customer service matters and Fields gets an F.
