  • The owner, Gary was unprofessional and after informing me he would be sending someone on Friday afternoon, got a few more calls from bigger corporate clients and would not give me an appointment on Friday after all but the following week. He seemed agitated and annoyed during the call. When I told him that this would mean I would not have use of my toilet until he sent someone, he told me to find someone else and then hung up on me. I called again today to see if he was just having a bad idea but was told that would not help me. The owner was unprofessional and discourteous for no reason. He left me in the lurch and not understanding or empathetic.
