A friend of mine was a client here and said they hired more help and said she had a good experience here so I contacted them and booked another appointment, this time for the North Scottsdale location. It was supposed to be for today at 5:35 PM with Crystal (who my friend also recommended) and got there 10 minutes before after leaving work early and driving across town. When I checked in with the receptionist I was told my appointment was for 6:20 PM instead. I went through my email to see if the mistake was on my part or theirs and it said my appointment was for 5:35 PM. I was told Crystal was in an appointment now and had one more person ahead of me, but I didn't feel like waiting. I had enough trouble trying to book an appointment six months ago with them, and coupled with the problems I had with the place I used to go prior to this, I've pretty much had it. I contacted the owner and was told they showed my appointment being for 6:20 PM, but shouldn't have changed without my consent or receiving an email or text confirmation of my appointment, neither of which I received. They used the same booking software that my massage therapist uses so I can't necessarily say it was a software glitch. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. I told my friend and she said she had just canceled her membership and is going to start going somewhere else, although she was mostly happy with her experience here.
