  • I called to make reservation and spoke with Mariana, she didn't seem like she wanted to make me my reservation. She states that 'you just come in' but I had explained to her that since it's Fathers Day I'd like to get a head start. So she took my reservation of 3. She didn't seem like she knew what she was talking about so I call AGAIN a few days later to confirm my reservation and spoke to Alex, I asked him if Mariana had taken my reservation and he acknowledged me very rudely that nothin was said. Knowing that's how they treat their customers on the phone I can't even imagine how they will treat my service in person. SO no thanks, I'll take my service else where. Very poor customer service .I'll make sure to tell my friends about my experience.
