As a previous Sutter hospital OBGYN Sonographer and admin, I understand the frustrations behind a medical desk. I do not however understand confusing insurance with another patient without apologizing, nor do I understand giving the 30 min early patient her paperwork 20 min into her waiting. I came in the building with no one ahead of me, I've been here for now 45min and still waiting for the front office to finish my paperwork (I came early to avoid) after asking "may I ask how many patients will my doctor see before my appointment?" I got a "uhhhh I don't know I still have to finish your paperwork." And back to laughing and talking weekend talk with the staff. I don't have to go to Planned Parenthood, but I chose to support with federally funded business to help spread their knowledge and accessibility to all women, but with an inefficient staff you will lose good patients who would like to further the funding for women everywhere. Clean well managed facilities.
