  • Not really ritzy.... This hotel needs to undergo a serious remodel. The staff was polite and courteous, but that's about the best I can say for this particular location. Tiny pool, tiny rooms, outdated decor, outlets didn't all work in our room, food was meh at best, and everything is very overpriced - drinks, etc. Oh, not to mention this location hit my card with about $1,000 in weird "pending" charges. When I called to inquire, the woman told me I'd have to dispute with my bank to get answers. Hmm, uh, sure. Wouldn't stay here again - ever.
