  • If I could leave NO stars, I would. They don't even deserve the one star I am obligated to give them just to write this review. I have taken every car I've owned to Danny's for years to get oil changes and car washes all in one! The convenience is incredible and often well worth it! However, yesterday I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. First off the car wash professionals left a dirty rag and a water bottle inside my car after they were done with the wash. Ok, fine... but it only gets worse! They seemed to have flooded my engine with gas because my gas gauge is now not working properly... my car will not start on the first try... and the computer in my car keeps resetting itself. I tried to call this morning to see what happened and they blew me off. First telling me that I needed to call a corporate office in order to get anything resolved. Then hanging up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. When I finally got a hold of a manager he proceeded to tell me that he seemed to remember my car yesterday, that the battery had died and that they needed to jump start it to finish the oil change. This was strange because I hadn't even told the manager what type of car I was calling about. He just told me some bogus story... I have a 2012 Ford Focus that I purchased brand new last year. Even if it is a problem with the battery, no one even bothered to tell me that there was an issue with my car. I told the manager that I wasn't notified that they had found any problems with my car. He then told me that they were really busy yesterday so they must have forgotten. I don't care how busy you are this is unacceptable customer service. He didn't seem to care when I asked him why I wasn't told about it. They did not offer to fix the problem they have caused to my almost brand new vehicle. Instead told me this is a dealership problem and that I should check if its covered under warranty. I will never go back to a Danny's car wash ever again because of this experience. There has got to be better options in the valley to get a car wash and oil change in one stop. This service was completely infuriating and I plan to take every action possible to have them correct this damage they have caused to my vehicle. WORST BUSINESS IN ARIZONA. I also want to add that they didn't even wash the windows in the back of my car, nor vacuum the trunk space which I specifically requested when I dropped it off. OVER PRICED AND COMPLETELY BOGUS. These guys are the worst.
