  • I lived here for a year, and while the complex itself is beautiful and nice, and the Maintenance crew, I can't say enough about how helpful and easy to work with they are. They are a great group of guys. But for the main office. The girls that work there are no help. I would call with questions and they would tell me they "didn't know" and that they "can't help me" besides the fact they look at the residence that come in with disapproving and smug looks it really bumbed me out that this was the experience I got with the main office staff while I lived here. If there was something wrong with my apartment, I wouldn't even want to call it in because I knew would get stuck on the phone with someone who sounded like they hate their job and didn't truly have any interest in helping me out. While the apartments are fantastic and it's in an excellent location (and did I mention very clean) the only thing that needs to be changed here is the ladies working the front office.
