  • We have been using Kids Quest for the last 3 years. We make 2 trips a year to the Red Rock resort, summer and winter. It's a quick and painless process, albeit there is some paper work involved and proof of immunization records required after your visit; I believe you get a 30 day grace period. We emailed the records in and brought copies with us when we first registered so we wouldn't have issues. You will find kids quest located next to the movie theater and around the corner from the bowling alley. You wait in line for drop off, sign a few lines, kids get a upc code sticker attached to them, and the kids are off. The kids are well enclosed and they pass through 2 small gates before entering or exiting. We always give our kids the option to buy snacks. My kids are 5 & 7, they never really take advantage of it but will have an icee or something sweet. I just make sure kids are fed before drop off. You can get an invoice. Pricing is fair and reasonable, runs you about $10/hour a kid. Kids can stay up to 5 hours a day. We like to break the time up throughout the day. Our kids really like it and enjoy the freedom. I enjoy a little freedom too. We usually go to dinner, watch a movie, or hang out in the casino. We never leave the resort. You can leave the resort if you want to but you will need to inform the staff on the paper work. Phone reception is poor throughout the casino. I suggest hooking up to the Wi-Fi and you will be good. I did receive a call on last visit because kids missed us. It wasn't a problem. The staff is friendly and helpful. Looks like they have plenty of staff to watch the little ones. They have great hours too. At first I thought wow, I can't believe people are taking their kids here so late at night and leave them past midnight. I figured people are coming from all parts of the world so everyone has a different circadian rhythm. 10 pm to me might be late but for others it's morning. Stop by and drop off the kids. Take some of that "me" time you deserve. The main reason we stay at the resort is because of kids quest. Not a bad option to have. FYI- I read other reviews about wait times or bad experiences and I have never had nothing less than a 4 star experience. Good luck!
