| - I would give Mark Kia negative stars if I could, and will be pursuing action against this company in every way the law will allow. I bought a used car 4 months ago. It had a steering issue when I test drove it,and I was going to walk away, but I really wanted a convertible and they assured me this would be fixed or else I could return the car "no questions asked." This assurance is the ONLY reason I felt comfortable buying the car, as this was my first time buying used. HUGE mistake. Turns out this was a lie. The car was returned to me after they had it for a MONTH and after I called my sales person multiple times without response and finally emailed the sales manager i found on the website. The car had not been fixed due to some 'embarrassing oversight.' They then kept it 3 more weeks, returned it 'fixed' and the steering FAILED while I was driving the car IN A SCHOOL CROSSING. They told me the part they replaced failed. They fixed it again (another month went by). I test drove it, the steering didn't feel right so I refused to take it. They told me they would try 1 more time, but they would NOT take the car back or refund me. They were, of course "very embarrassed." They called me 2 weeks later and told me it can't be fixed and asked me to come in and look at a different car. I sent my husband, and they told him it would be treated as a TRADE IN and would need to be re-appraised, would be worth less than I paid for it since its been 4 months, and I would have to pay trade in and transfer fees. I would sue them, but they required me to sign an arbitration agreement when I bought the car (will never make that mistake again). I can't drive the car, I can't sell the car. I refuse to lose money on a trade in just to give them more of my money....so the lawyer is getting my money.
