  • Arrogant and rude customer service every time I walk in this store. Finance department is a big group of dirty used car sales games. They will try every old slimy trick to get you to over pay. Parts counter is way over staffed with employees who won't even make eye contact with you. Maybe its for fear of having to do something? Live in far North Peoria and will be driving the extra miles to Goodyear from here on out. Friendly customer service is well worth the extra miles and Goodyear had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees at Goodyear location appear to like their job.
