  • I had some minor repair work needed on my driver's door. Based on my experiences in sales and service at Audi North Scottsdale, it was an easy decision to select Penske Automotive Collision. My service advisor, Al Rizzo (who is excellent by the way), referred me to Mike Hanson at Penske Collision. They did not disappoint. From the beginning, Mike was very clear about the expectations for timing, what needed to be done, and what it would cost. We had some complicated logistics to handle around ordering the door and getting it to the body shop, and it was handled flawlessly. Along the way, I received regular updates on progress. We had one minor hiccup which delayed timing slightly, but Mike was very transparent about it. I really appreciated the frequent communication and open nature of the discussion. The work and paint match were impeccable. I highly recommend Penske for body work on high end vehicles.
