  • Very disappointed in the way this "business" is run. It is apparently just a call service for independent locksmiths. We had a tech come out and extract a key and replace the pins in the lock. We were told that the service was guaranteed and that if there were any further issues that they would take care of it for free. Two days later and the same issue occurred. However, our tech is now on vacation (well-deserved, I'm sure), but we will have to wait for him to return from vacation OR PAY AGAIN to have someone else comes out. We will not use this "service" again.
