  • The dispatcher does not answer the phone more than half the time. They do not return phone calls; do not send the report to get work order processed. They just do no Care! No one should use this company. I still do not understand why Home Warranty Companies still have this company on their list of approved contractors. I will be reporting them to BBB of Arizona but unfortunately that will not get my AC working. This is by far the worst company I ever dealt with in my life!!!
