rev:text	I wish I could give icracked a minus. Celia was nice, however, inexperienced. It took her half an hour just to take the phone apart and another hour to fix. Well, we thought it was fixed, she had us plug it in to make sure it worked and it did. On the way home five min later, we noticed it didn't work if unplugged. Called her back, but she couldn't fix until that night, so had to drive all the way back to Oakland the next day, it's at least half an hour and a lot of traffic, and my only day off. This time the phone kept shutting off after being repaired. So, after five hours, $90 (ad said $60) plus gas and aggregation - phone still was not fixed - warranty is a lie - they never called back, the supervisor said it was up to Celia - she's leaving end of summer so she doesn't care. I'm a mother and going to nursing school, so this is inexcusable - I need a phone that works. I had to take my daughter to the ER a few days later and had no phone for two days to contact family. Thanks for nothing Celia, that's okay I'm a huge believer in karma. So now I had to go somewhere else and spend another hundred to fix - I could have just have Apple fix it. So, you will take your chances having icracked attempt to fix your phone, so shop around first!
