  • I wish a no star would of been available. I called to check on the status of a car I wanted to purchase. Of course I spoke to the manager Nick. Who then advised me "yes we have it here come check it out" of course being excited I take off work early to meet their closing hours.... well I get here... 2 hours later after waiting patiently they come up with straight bullsh*t... oh the car must of been sold.... worst service ever! And then after addressing him with the issue making me come for absolutely NOTHING his response is "oh well" LMFAO talk about professionalism... I would've considered purchasing a vehicle here but the lack of empathy and care for my own time and feelings screwed them out of a sale. Thanks a lot Nick and Mark Kia! Thanks a lot for absolutely nothing!
