  • This is the only shop where they quote you a price and actually charge you less after they've completed the work (even though you already agreed to the quoted price). That tells you about their integrity. Taras is the guy you usually talk when you walk in. He's young but extremely knowledgeable about BMW and will actually show how the part works on similar parts they have in the back. I'm speechless.
