| - I love my apple products. I do. but this store? Is the 18th level of retail customer service hell. Wanted to go in, pick up some replacement charger cords, and go home.
What I got was a "we'll be with you in 2 min", no way to pay, because in their infinite stupidity, there's not even a cash register, and the self serve system is a catastrophic failure, we had to pay for each cord separately, via my own phone's app. We could not get help. why? because suddenly this very supermodel-esque lass wandered in and hey, three clerks were on the ready for her.
Apple needs a BIGGER space, or better customer management, or less of a "play and lookyloo hangout and futz around" store. We could have walked out with the cables without paying, no one was paying attention. No one cared. this store is always jammed to the gills with people just goofing off with the merchandise and woe if you make an appointment, they're always running late.
So a simple thing. walk in. pick up item. pay. leave, turned into a whole lot of cursing and swearing and no help from the dingbat staff in blue.
This store is a disaster. Godspeed, if you opt to venture forth o brave soul.
