  • Since Katy Horton left the Ray Road store, I have yet to have a positive experience! The women in that store are so arrogant and unaccommodating! The "customer service" experience for them is all about chastising you if you dare to make a ever-so-small special request, or making things easier for THEM, not the customer! I won't spend another dime in that store (or the one in Scottsdale) ever again, & I will tell everyone I know to do the same!
