| - Oh, well, now that I am over it, I can calmly and logically write a review.
Of course, it is all my fault that I hadn't planned in advance: booking a room in Las Vegas for New Year's Eve on December 25th - ba-a-a-a-ad idea! Because what you are left with is a very overpriced and inconveniently-located room in a Motel 6-type hotel practically on the outskirts of the main strip.
Bathroom was so small that I, being 5'5", could barely turn around in it - everything was in the way; and the sink was in the main room! The TV had only about 10 normal channels, all the other ones were pay-per-jerk porn channels.
Another low point: at the check-in, I was given a "Fun Book" with coupons to various stores and restaurants in or in the vicinity of the hotel. Well, what do you say! 95% of them had the expiration date of 12/24/09. Lame-o! Why even give it to me?
The only positive thing about it was that to see the fireworks on New Year's Eve, we didn't have to go far, as they were shooting them off the Stratosphere Tower.
So there - one star!
