rev:text	Well, the time has come that my boyfriend and I leave Southern Avenue Villas. I am going to pretty much just break down the pros and cons of this place. Pros: amenities. The pool, and gym are amazing. I love all of the outdoor seating, BBQ's, and the gym really doesn't get much better. I like that it is gated, the maintenance staff was always quick to fix minor issues and they always kept the grounds pretty clean. Our apartment is very nice and spacious. I love how much room there is for just a one bedroom. Nice laundry room, decent sized balcony, and great storage in the rooms and bathroom. We loved being at home here. Cons: Location and neighbors. I was hesitant moving to this part of mesa, just knowing the area from living locally for so long. I figured the higher rent would weed out the trash, but it didn't. Forget trying to relax and enjoy the pool in the summertime, there will be parents throwing children's birthday parties every day of the week and weekend, with 20 plus kids, adults, loud and awful music, beer bottles, yelling, etc. The adults here are no better, lets just say most of the folks that utilize the pool area are more on the ghetto side. LOUD rap music, LOUD people, I don't think I have ever heard the F or N word so much in my life. I had to make numerous complaints to the office during the summer, as parties would go far beyond 10pm, when its time to quiet down. Overall, absolutely love the apartment and the community, but the people they allow to rent here are despicable.
