  • The place was well kept and maintained. But the heat is horrible. It's so hot in there. I feel bad for the animals. They were all panting and stuff. The fans were not on the animals. But they gave you loops to get animals. Had us waiting an hour to talk to the person, well Counselor. The staff is nice people but its entirely too much to deal with. You can't touch the animals and the only way you can is if they are holding it or its on a leash. Not worth the time. Poor animals.
