  • I often choose this property vs. the Cosmopolitan when I'm in town for business because of the ease of being out of the strip fray, great food selection on the floor and solid facilities. That said, my last two stay's were beyond exceptional and the property management were on point with fabulous room upgrades based on my SPG status. It blows your mind that this hotel is connected to the SLS property via a lobby and is completely different from a service standpoint than the SLS (which seems to always struggle). Note, this is a mini W hotel with one tower (probably should take over the entire property) so it's best to manage expectations that it's not a typical mega W hotel. Regardless the W Vegas service, people and follow up was amazing and enough so that I had to reach out to the property GM to let him know how great of a job they are doing. That said, no property is perfect, but I'll continue to keep coming back based on my last couple of experiences as the service really makes the trip. Amazing value, service and I highly recommended a stay here anytime!
