  • Terrible !!! They came to my house to clear a blocked pipe which is the drain connected to my washer machine. They scratched my new washer machine with their equipment and made a huge mess in my laundry room even though they said it was clean prior to leaving. There was dirt EVERYWHERE!!! They didn't get the drain unclogged and insisted that it would need a hydro jetting machine to unclog for $1,000. They still charge me $256 (for their time) to come and basically make a huge mess and scratch my washer machine. I called the gentleman back at 9:30p to come clean my laundry room and he did... which is why I'm giving this place 1 star. I called another plumbing service the next day and they unclogged the drain in 10 minutes and charged me $150.
