I am an internet Lease customer so doing my homework and knowing what I want and the investment range I need to find was important. Doug & Steve in the Internet sales dept. were not only knowledgeable but they were very helpful. They did not sell me they consulted me and assisted me in my decision. I had a better Deal from a competitor however when I presented the deal to them .... Doug went to work stating that he wanted my business and that Earnhardt could not match the deal he would let me know the deal I have is good and I should take it. Doug calls and they matched the deal with some extra options as well.... You might be saying ... DAH !! However as I said my homework was thorough and I went into this with complete knowledge of how the dealership makes their profit and the Deal was sweet. That is only the beginning! When I arrived at the dealership to review the car and see if I liked the added option (body style side moldings & soft fin) I was approached By Mike the salesman assigned to my visit.... WOW! I can say only one word ok, maybe 2 Passion & Caring was the soul of Mike. He took his time, we felt welcomed, NON PRESSURED and Valued. It was 7pm and the Dealership was closing at 8pm ... You would have not known that through Mikes interaction. We went into Finance at 8pm! Mike then introduced the car and its options to us through a thorough demonstration .... Very Pleased! WE left the dealership at 9:15 Very pleased and the experience was one that I had to talk to. Thank you Earnhardt Lexus TEAM !!!
