I had a mixed experience this time. Previously I've had good experiences at this location. I would like to thank Terrance for his help in getting me a phone I wanted when the sales person I was working with really didn't help me. I'm not someone who needs the newest or best phone, but I do expect a customer service rep to let me know about my options. Tech isn't my thing, but I do know what an app is! I really don't appreciate when I ask someone whose job it is to inform me and help me to do a half as job. I really don't appreciate when you talk about me rudely when it's not warranted. He didn't know I could hear him. I was told my only option to upgrade was an HTC desire for the price range I was looking at. It wasn't a terrible phone but for whatever reason it would not connect to the internet once I left the Verizon store. YES WIFI was on!! So I brought it back and asked Terrance who was there the day before to help me. He ended up letting me know of a better option, galaxy s5, which was in the price range I was looking at. Because the original sales person wasn't there I had to come back a 3rd time and this phone connects to the internet! ...What I did learn is to buy my next phone at Sam's or another retailer next time and always walk away when you feel you aren't getting proper service!!!
