Stopped by because I wanted good coffee and a killer vibe. Needless to say, Lola Coffee did not disappoint- really embodied the artsy hipster feel radiating from the Roosevelt area. I had the Matador (cold) and was actually very impressed with the mix of flavors- cinnamon, espresso, and hot chocolate. The whipped cream on top was delicious and actually had a taste of mocha. I also ordered the chocolate chip banana bread and was unfortunately not as impressed. It was a little dry/stale (by 10AM) and the chocolate sort of took away from the banana part of the bread. Next time I'll have to try the chocolate croissant, which is apparently amazing. On the last note, I thought the prices were extremely affordable: small cold matador, medium Americano, a decent sized choco banana bread for $11
