  • There is stuff still broken on my 2009 Cadillac Escalade ESV. I took it back 2 weeks after I got it to fix the dash board. They had ordered the piece, and I took it in and got it fixed. The glove box was not closing right, and the power mirrors, DVD player, the door handle, along with the dash was stuff needed to be fixed. I finally got the dashboard and the door handle fixed. But they didn't fix the power mirrors, glove box, and the DVD player. I called Dan and left 2 messages with the repair department and no answer. Guess I'll just take it in. Still annoying that these clowns are so quick to get you in, but when's there's something wrong, you're on you're own! Terrible! Worse then Camelback Ford!
