  • Kayser is now the Lincoln dealer in Madison. Much better than the previous local dealer. This review is for the Quick Lane. Awesome experience. I was greeted prompty by Bill, who even though he seemed very busy, took the time to notice I was there. He checked me in and warned that it would be a 20 minute wait before my car would get into the shop. I didn't mind. they have free wifi and I wanted to wander over and look at new trucks anyway. In about 10 minutes, I saw my Town Car bounce into the service bay. The mechanic had covered the seat with plastic and put a mat on the floor to keep my car tidy. You can watch the techs work on your car. I feel sorry for the techs here. Would you want to be constantly watched while you do your job? These guys are on display like animals at the local zoo. Anyway, the mechanic checked my car over thouroughly. My Lincoln is getting old, and needs some maintence. Bill explained that some service was needed, but not in the near future. he was not pushy about selling the services, nor did he make my car out to be a rolling POS. I was on my way in under 45 minutes. The only gripes here are, no free cookies like the other Ford dealer in Middleton. Also the mechanic, while he did a good job didn't reset the oil change monitor. Still, a great place for service.
