  • We drive up- my first time ever. The friendly guy greets us and asks what would you like. I tell him it's my first time and to give me a 1,2 about Dutch Bros. He asked me like what do you wanna know? I told him why here instead of Starbucks. Well he started by giving me a history on how it started in Oregon. He then went on to tell me about the local branches and how this one is the only one with seating INSIDE! He mentioned it was newer. As he went to describe the coffee he explained that they have something for every type of pallet. Surprisingly enough I'm not a coffee fan, but he gave me more than a few options. He also gave me insight on the pastries and broke down each one of them for different tastes. When we ordered he gave us the goods asked us to try it and if we don't like it he would re make a new one, and what really took me was he bought us one drink and gave us stamp cards! What an amazing first time experience! So great I had to take his pic. Thank you HUNTER for reminding us what awesome customer service looks like!!!!!
