  • We found an example of the rare vehicle we were looking for at Cleveland BMW. We drove from our home in Virginia to look at it. We purchased the car. The sales department, management, and the service department all made the sales process painless. The reason the service department was involved was that I am picky and they fixed a few things. While we will probably not have the opportunity to drive from Virginia to Cleveland to buy a car from Cleveland BMW, I would purchase another car from them. We have no "buyer's remorse".
