  • I called regarding their highly publicized (radio) $79 AC unit "Rejuvenation". They immediately tried to upsell me to the better "20 point inspection" service at $289! I inquired about the differences in service, but told them no thanks on the upsell. Then we discussed booking an appointment, they gave me the old "4 hr window" thing. I said I'd look someplace else for a company that will give me a definitive appointment time.
