  • EEK is just what I would say... I bought a Groupon deal last year for this Dr. As I am newish to Charlotte I needed to find a good Dds and staff. What I found was a business that was not willing to be their best . The cleaning was not up to par to any I have had before. And was told I had to have a small filling done for $300.00.When after I had my appt ,I called within 2 days to ask to have a small part of the cleaning redone as it still had some stain. And was told I would have to pay 85.00 more $ and they would not stand behind their work and keep a new patient. I found that they did not stay to the deal as it stated on the Groupon deal that it was a regular appt, not a partial appt that I got. I liked the Dr's credentials but as far as feeling welcome ..I am sad to say no this did not happen at all.. I think that when a business participates in a Groupon like deal, they should want to be their best to every new person.... They were not rude but not the best they should have been .I did call Groupon and they did stand behind my deal and refunded it to me . I would much rather have given a great review, I feel this is much needed so others are aware. And not surprised as I found myself to be.
